Position: Senior Manager, GTM Systems & Tools
Location: Eagan, MN (Hybrid), Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Overview: Leads CRM and GTM systems infrastructure for IB Legal, owning Salesforce and the broader sales productivity tool chain (e.g., Outreach, Coach360). This role is responsible for system design, governance, and consolidation across legacy platforms, as well as overseeing reporting infrastructure (Tableau) to ensure consistent, actionable insights across the business.
IB Legal is consolidating multiple legacy businesses into a unified commercial platform, and this role will lead the transition to a holistic GTM technology stack.
Key Responsibilities
- GTM Systems Ownership
- Own Salesforce configuration, governance, and performance
- Manage and optimize the broader GTM tool stack (e.g., Outreach, Coach360, and related tools)
- Evaluate and consolidate tools across legacy systems to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy
- System Design & Workflow Enablement
- Design and implement workflows for pipeline management, quoting, and reporting
- Support Revenue Cloud implementation and quoting processes
- Ensure systems align with GTM processes and operating cadences
- Data & Reporting Infrastructure
- Oversee Tableau reporting and dashboard development across the revenue organization
- Ensure consistency and reliability of reporting across pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Partner with analytics and RevOps teams to improve data visibility and insight generation
- System Governance & Performance
- Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and user adoption across tools
- Establish governance standards for CRM and GTM tools
- Support system convergence across legacy business units
What You’ll Work On
- Salesforce implementation and quoting workflows
- Consolidation of GTM tools across legacy platforms
- Building a consistent reporting and analytics layer across the business
- Improving sales productivity through better tooling and workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Salesforce, RevOps systems, or GTM technology roles
- Strong experience managing CRM and sales productivity tools
- Strong experience partnering with technical teams to ensure business requirements are implemented efficiently and effectively
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
- Experience with Revenue Cloud / CPQ preferred
